Fresh from their appearance on BBC’s Million Pound Menu, sous chefs Joe Allen and Aaron Thomas, a.k.a KityCow, have been given a three-month residency at Hush in Mayfair to showcase their delicious Indo-Nepali cuisine.
The duo appeared on the show under the name XXVl but were unsuccessful in securing investment for their aspiring restaurant venture. Persisting with their pop-up dreams, they invited two of the show’s judges, Jamie Barber (Hush CEO) and Michelin star chef Atul Kochhar, to experience their new Nepalese creation, KityCow.
Impressed with what was on offer, Jamie offered the team a three-month takeover of the first-floor restaurant of Hush, serving the very best of Nepalese cuisine with added British fusion and attitude.
The KityCow menu consists of 12 to 15 dishes of the chefs’ favourite Nepali dishes. Hush will host the KityCow pop up from February 1st, for bookings please visit www.kitycow.co.uk
