Energising Yoga at SITU LIVE

Join us as we stretch deep in an energising, flowing yoga practice.
Our resident Yogi, Brooke, brings us a 40 min session that combines deep, rooted stretches with dynamic balances and movement. We’ll be guided through a gentle warm-up, then into a sequence of poses and flowing movements that are guaranteed to get your heart rate up and your mind focused, finishing with a calming cooldown. Brooke and our team can offer adapted poses for beginners making this a truly meaningful yoga practice for all abilities.
We’ll then follow up those stretches with nutritious and delicious smoothies from our innovative kitchen for a full health and happiness glow-up.
