With it’s plush blue carpets, ruby red interiors and glittering chandeliers, Vintage Modes is the secret go-to destination for fans of vintage glamour, designers, students, fashionistas, and stylists from some of the world’s top magazines. Watch out for those vintage evening wear, hand bags, accessories and costume jewellery from the Vintage Modes.
You’ll also find on he second floor the kitsch vintage shop Dream Retro for great vintage handbags, perfume bottles, vintage lighters and ashtrays plus curious items, vinyl records, books, plus The Creative Jewellery Company for expert jewellery, and clock repair, bespoke jewellery designs. There’s also an specialist antique coin shop in the gallery on the second floor.
Lower Ground Floor AL Fayez Middle Eastern Art, Antiques & Design market launched by owner Bennie Gray in 2018, Al Fayez is a Middle Eastern Art, Antiques & Design market spanning two floors and over 4,000 square feet in the lower ground floor of the iconic Alfies Antiques Market. With it’s beautiful glass staircase that wraps itself seductively around a giant sculpture of the Roc bird of Arabian nights legend, rising out from a splendid water feature. You are then met numerous shops that offer a wonderful journey through the different cultures, traditions and aesthetics of the Middle East.
The Roof top kitchen and outside terrace at Alfies Antiques Market is open for breakfast, lunches, afternoon teas, soups, coffee, teas, wine, beers, delicious home-made cakes, and flapjacks, with all dishes made from locally sourced ingredients, as well as an alternative for milk/dairy for teas & coffees and all hot drinks, making a visit to Alfies Antique Market complete.
