It helps people feeling realized and satisfies and is essential for a well balanced mood and great for relieving anxiety. Chocolate contains high magnesium and before menstruation a woman’s body faces deficiency, so chocolate is consumed. Chocolate contains B4, folic acid, niacin, iron, and vitamin C which are good for health. Phenolics are found in small amount in chocolate which help lowering the risk of heart disease. Those who eat one to three chocolate candies per month have a 36 % lower risk of death. Eat chocolates and be in a good health.
