The crew would generally consist of Sound Engineers, Lighting Technicians, Set Builders, Staging Crew, Video Technicians, General Crew and a Producion Team.

The Production Team is Responsible for the logistics and the planning of the entire event.

Event Production

The Event Management and Production Company will conceptualise and design the look of the event within the clients budgets and requirements.

The Theming company will generally be called on for parties, balls and annual company events where specific theme is required to help market the event or just to make it more interesting. Theming companies that provide themes will have their own sets, bars and various equipment to help with the conceptualising of the theme.

The Lighting company is equipped with moving lights or intelligent lighting also known as automated lights and generic lights. The lighting company is there to not just provide light but to create the ambience and look of the event.

Caterers

When organising an event, one of the main suppliers would be the caterers. Caterers in London consist of small medium sized caterers and large corporate business caterers.

Your choice of Caterer will largely depend whether you are catering to a very large, medium or small sized party.

The expert crew is hired on day rates as they will be there for the entire event.

The artistes are the musicians and comedians who most often will be the people involved in entertaining at the event if there is a cocktail reception or dinner involved.
